We have worked on many projects in the Okanagan and elsewhere in BC including Cedar Creek Winery, Summerhill Winery, Tantalus Winery, Therapy Winery, Pow Road Winery, as well as Cottages at Secret Point, Carmellis Goat Cheese Farm, Desert Cove Estates, Ranchlands, Naramata Centre, Seclusion Bay Resort, Trepanier RV Park, Salmon Arm Camping Resort and hundreds of other very interesting and technical sewage projects.


Vibration Monitoring:

DeansTech has carried out vibration monitoring for most of the blasting contractors in the valley.  We have worked on projects such as; Predator Ridge, Tronson Road, Canadian LakeView Estates, Kettle Valley Estates, Quail Ridge, Middtleton Mountain, Heritage Estates, Revelstoke Resort for blast vibration monitoring.

We have also worked on vibration monitoring for piling and soil densification projects such as the South Okanagan Event Centre in Penticton, the Water Street Bridge in Kelowna, Skaha Breeze condominiums in Penticton, Valley First Credit Union in Penticton, The Madison in Kelowna, Centuria Village in Kelowna, Invue in Kelowna, Lodge Road Bridge in Winfield.  We worked on the Skyline Road project in Kelowna for soil densification.

We also carried out pre-condition surveys of homes in the Lions Bay area during the re-construction of the Sea to Sky Highway for the 2010 Olympics.
