Services Include:  onsite sewage disposal, subdivision assessments for sewage disposal, engineered sewage systems, package treatment plant sewage system designs, vibration monitoring for blasting and compaction, pre-condition house surveys, and Stage 1 Environmental Assessments.


Sewage Disposal:

Rich Deans, CTech. is a Certified Technician with ASTTBC
Rich is also a Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioner again registered with ASTTBC (ROWP # 0340)
Rich has extensive experience with on-site wastewater technologies with 25 years of experience.  Rich has taken all of the courses offered by the WOWTC training centre with respect to waste water disposal.  Rich is very familiar with the latest release of the Sewerage System Standard Practice Manual (SPM) dated September 21, 2007, version 2.

Vibration Monitoring:

We provide professional vibration monitoring services to the blasting, construction and piling industry.  We use Instantell Blastmate II & III geophones, which are the industry standard for vibration monitoring.  We presently have 8 geophones working on various project throughout the Okanagan area.


Pre-Condition Surveys:

DeansTech also carries out pre-condition surveys for blasting and other contractors.  Pre-condition surveys consist of a detailed photo documented list of existing cracks and conditions of an existing structure.  We can also carry out post-condition surveys where required.
